Individualised functional training and mobility programming, built around your body and your week. Real accountability behind it — weekly check-in calls and direct access to me between sessions.
Built around your body, your schedule and the equipment you actually have. Rewritten as you progress, not recycled.
Five to fifteen minutes, every week. Enough to catch a problem early and hold the momentum week to week.
Send a video, ask a question, flag an injury. You get an answer from me, not a template.
Three months is where the work starts to show. It's also the window I plan against, so that's the commitment I ask for.
Egyptian clients pay in EGP by Instapay or bank transfer.
Fill in the form below. It takes two minutes and tells me whether I can actually help you.
If it's a fit, we get on a call to map your goal, your schedule and your starting point.
Your programme is built around you. Weekly check-ins and adjustments as you progress.
We establish where you actually are, fix the positions that limit everything else, and get you training consistently in a way that fits your week.
Volume and difficulty climb on purpose. This is usually when strength gains become obvious to you and the first skill progressions land.
We push toward the goal you came in with, and you learn to read your own training — what to push, what to back off, and why.
Everyone's pace differs. This is the shape of the work, not a guarantee of a timeline.
Most people arrive with something — a shoulder, a knee, a lower back. Your programme is built to work around it, and we adjust as it changes.
I'm a coach, not a physiotherapist. For an acute injury I'll work alongside your physio rather than in place of them.
Your programme is written up with a video demo for every movement. You log your sessions, send form videos, and I review them before we talk.
I've been coaching for the last few years, with a focus on strength, muscle gain, weight loss, skill work, and mobility. I'm also an ISSA-certified personal trainer. Everything I give you comes from my own experience. I've worked through the progressions, the plateaus, and the boring weeks that ultimately make you stronger.
I coach from experience, not just theory. I know what a movement should feel like before it looks right, and which corrections actually matter right now versus the ones that can wait.
Most of my clients are women, and what they have in common is that they came to me already committed to improving themselves.
Coach Youmna has been a great coach & great companion. When I tell her that we want to tackle specific things within the improvement of my fitness journey she really takes them on and builds a curated program that fits them entirely. It's always a journey of improvement and she never fails to deliver. We're still working together and hopefully to continue.
I really enjoy training with Yomna even after a long exhausting day. She's always making sure I hit all my gym goals with personalized training plans, and she makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I've noticed a big difference in my strength, physique and confidence at the gym since I started training with her so I would definitely recommend it.
Yomna is such a great PT and really pays attention to alignment and making sure you're doing everything correctly. She always sets clear goals and keeps you motivated, and on top of that, she's such a lovely and genuine person that makes you feel very comfortable!
No. Your programme is built around the equipment you have. Home with a pull-up bar and bands works; a full gym works. What matters is that the plan matches the space you actually train in.
Yes. Roughly 20% of my clients are men. Most are women, but this is not women-only coaching.
Experience isn't the requirement — showing up is. Plenty of my clients started from zero and did well because they turned up every week. If you're still weighing it up, book the free intro call and we'll figure it out together.
A PDF is the same for everyone and never changes. This is written for you, adjusted every week against what you actually did, and someone is accountable for whether it works.
I read every application myself. If I think I can help you, I'll reach out to set up a call. If I don't, I'll tell you that instead of selling you something.
Yes. Most clients train with me online, and in-person sessions in Cairo are available in limited numbers. Tick the box on the form and I'll tell you what's open.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. You tell me your goal and what your week looks like, I tell you honestly whether I can help and how I'd approach it. Pick it on the form and I'll send you times.
This varies from person to person, so I can't give you an exact timeline. Your starting point, mobility, strength, consistency, and how your body responds to training all play a role.
What I can tell you is that if you commit to the program and stay consistent, you should absolutely see noticeable improvements within the first 2 months. The goal is to focus on your progress rather than a specific deadline. We'll work with your body and build the range safely over time.
I read every application myself, and I'll be straight with you about whether I'm the right coach for what you want. Not ready to commit? Ask for the free intro call instead.
